6th SEPTEMBER : Our trip into Hertfordshire, though enjoyable, resulted in an 80 shots to 64 win for our hosts, Berkhamsted Bowls Club. Our best rink was Sue Ablett. John Hipwell and Mark Baxter, who picked up 5 shots on the last two ends to snatch a draw, 21 shots apiece.
