ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING was held on Friday 27th October 2023.
A very big thank you was given to Richard Ferguson for his outstanding work as Chairman for the last 10 years. He has also acted as Secretary since 2018. Mike Peck was welcomed as Chairman for 2024, with Simon Hill taking over as Secretary. Angie Thirtle will be our new Treasurer, the first lady to hold this office. We also welcomed Phil Hughes onto the Commitee. Beryl Walford will serve her second year as Club President. The Fred and Jessie Parker trophy for outstanding service to the Club was awarded to Del Behenna, the inaugural recipient back in 1994.
With the enthusiasm of our new members and the experience of the old guard we can look forward to a bright future for the Club.

Congratulations to Beryl, our first Lady President
Congratulations to Beryl Walford on being elected as President of the Club for 2023 and 2024. Beryl will be the first Lady President in the history of the Club. She joined in 1988, along with husband Tom and both have been very well respected members for well over 30 years. They previously bowled for the now defunct Molins Bowls Club before joining Princes Risborough and are well known and well liked throughout the County community.
