18th JUNE: With weather warnings in place for heavy thunderstorms, our match with Thame looked doomed.

We have not fielded a team with THREE new members making their debuts for many a year, so an extremely warm welcome was extended to Simon Hill, Roger Lawson and Brendan McGinty when they donned their Club shirts for the first time. Well they bowled too. In an extremely tight game, Princes Risborough prevailed by 79 shots to 75. Our top rink, with a 22 - 10 victory, was Simon Hill, Tony Lambert and Mike Peck.
