September 27th : We were both glad to welcome our old rivals Long Crendon to our green and sad that the game brought the 2025 season to a close. Just three shots down after 9 ends had been played, it had all the makings of a tight finish, but our visitors hadn't read the script and pulled away in the second half for a comfortable victory by 105 shots to 71. Stuart Ray, Brendan McGinty and Steve Woodley were our best triple with a 20 - 16 win.
Including our MBL encounter, Crendon won all 3 games against us this season, so we'll be looking for revenge in 2026. Winter well, everyone.
