May 29th : We always look forward to the annual visit of the Ad Finem Bowls Club, but, as was the case last year, our visitors recorded a comfortable victory with a shot tally of 92 to 57 over the five triples.We did manage to win on one rink, albeit by the narrowest of margins.That honour went to Lorraine Dare, Alan Phipps and Ray Rouse, with a 15 - 14 scoreline. Maybe next year.
