June 14th: Graham and Mark had a really good game at Richings Park in the Bucks 1/4 finals of the Pegasus Homes Men's over 60's pairs. The game was close throughout. Going into the final end one shot adrift at 17 - 16,
our pair were holding 2 for the match, but David Orr trailed the jack to take 3 shots and win the tie 20 - 16. Bad luck, boys! Meanwhile, Del made his first ever trip to Wexham Bowls Club in the Champion of Champions 1/4 finals against Martin O'Brien. He made a very good start to be 10 shots up after 10 ends and extended his advantage to secure a comfortable win by 21 shots to 9. The Semi Final is at Gerrards Cross on Sunday 21st June at 6pm, where his opponent is England International, Tom McGuiness.
