April 26th : Having scored a comfortable victory just four days ago, our squad were hoping to repeat the dose when 5 triples from Aylesbury Town paid us a visit. The boys from the County Town, however, had read a different script and we suffered a comfortable defeat instead, going down 74 shots to 103. Two of our triples did finish ahead, the best of those being Stuart Ray, Keith Puddephatt and Mick Bailey who won 23 - 13. So pleasing to see that Mick is clearly an octogenarian in great heart.
