JULY 7th : On a very unsettled day, it was a case of coats on, coats off between the short but heavy showers. At the end of the day Tony Liggins, Roger Lawson and Eileen Peck topped the league table with 4 wins from 5 games and will contest the final in September. It was a 3 way tie for runner up spot, but, with shot difference deciding the outcome, Mike Peck, Norman Gray and Lorraine Dare qualified as the other finalists. Well bowled all who played.
