AUGUST 3rd : We paid a visit to Chalfont St Giles on Saturday, on a very hot afternoon. Having won the home fixture by 20 shots, the double was landed with an 81 - 69 victory. Sharing the top rink honours were Stuart Ray, Sue Ablett and Tony Liggins who won 26 - 15 and Lorraine Dare, Mark Baxter and Del Behenna who won 24 - 13.
End countback was 10 apiece.
