August 20th : The penultimate week of the Ray Keen League saw Risboro A lose at home to Hazell Wunders.
They look certain to fnish 3rd (of 5) in Division 1.
Risboro B had a bye, but their final game will decide the Division 4 League title. At home to Wingrave Woodchuckers, they must win or draw to win the League and gain promotion. If Wingrave win, they will draw level on points and take the honours with a superior shot difference.
It's almost certain that Risboro Raiders will take the title and be promoted from Division 5. They are 3 points clear and travel to play their nearest rivals, Cheddington Chicks. The Chicks will need a 25 shot victory to draw level, so we'll keep our fingers crossed that the Raiders can prevail.
