May 16th : Five triples set off for Wendover to fulfill our oldest fixture against our Chilterns friends, first contested in 1937. Club friendships may be close, but the result, on this occasion, was definitely not. Wendover had a clean sweep, winning on all 5 rinks, for an aggregate score of 119 - 54. Maybe we can do better in the return fixture at Home on the 9th September.
